Hey there, i'm mike.

I'm a 40k fan, mainly the fluff, however i am putting together a force with the ontention of taking to the field. I have lurked around the game since about 1996, but let other activities take priority for a few years, lol.

Not really read a comic since X-Men in about '97, but have got into the 40k stuff by Dan Abnett and the Horus Heresy series.

However, i am looking forward to getting down to the shop to check it out, meet some people and maybe expand my horizons.

I'm Lewis, bit of roleplaying, bit of tabletop, lots of moaning about why I can't win with Tau in the Border Patrol ladder and boring of people with long-winded and pointless recollections about the previous editions of whatever game I happen to be playing at the time.

40k - Chaos, Space Wolves, Tau, Eldar, Necrons, Witch Hunters, Orcs, Imperial Guard
Fantasy - Tomb Kings, Skaven, Goblins, Dwarfs, Empire, Lizardmen, Bretonnia

Hi there.
I'm George.
Finally got around to posting my details here. I am mostly into pure rolepaying but don't have much recent experence with games (main previous experience being old red box D&D for those who can remember it). played 2 games at the last kingcon, and am also played in the shop's current Star Wars Campaign.

Hi, I'm Alan, I'm Old and I play games lol.

Currently playing Warhammer though would like to get back in to 40K at some point. Also play Magic and a bit of D&D/Vampire at times. As for comics I love them, pretty much all of them lol.

Hiya All

I am Ray from Livingston and am an ex wargamer that has been sucked into RPG's ( D&D (2nd,3.5,4th), Pathfinder, CoC, Runequest etc. I also like playing the odd boardgame and have a small collection with Descent,Agricola,WoW adventure game being some of them. I also enjoy CCG's which is really surprising as I TOTALLY suck at them..... I have mostly played L5r ( not so much lately ) and have just bought my first booster box of Wow.

My job takes me away one week in two so I usually only get my gaming fix at the weekends but have promised myself to make it to the shop more often in 2010.

So if ya see an old bald guy looking confused at all the shinies in the shop that will more than likely be me..:-))

My Name is Liam im new to wargamming as a hole but i play 40K ive got a 2000 odds points of Space Marines and I would really like some help and stuff to learn rule and that and hopefully get a few games with you guys.

And ive been in quite a few times now and if you've seen me im the little small long hair blonde dude that always comes in with the other 2 guys :D

Hi,

I'm Ant. Not new to the shop really but this is the first time I've been on the forum. I've been playing D&D at the shop at the moment with Richard et al.

Other games I like to play include Urban War, Epic, Blood Bowl and Mordheim.

Hello,

I'm Sam from Livingston (quick wave to weebaldy/Ray). Unfortunately I can rarely get out shopwards, but the excited chat from a few of the other Livi Gamers keeps me pointed.

I've RPGed on and off for 18-ish years playing quite a few games, but my own bookshelf has pretty much settled down at Warhammer Fantasy 1st Ed, Space 1889 and d20 Modern.

My Wargaming comes really at Skirmish level and mostly at a complexity that I can play with my Primary School age son. "Songs Of Blades and Heroes" is the current ruleset of choice but I'm meaning to play a whole raft of "Two Hour Wargame" titles I have.

Other shelves in the hobby shed creak under the weight of a variety of games. From easy pick-ups like Heroscape, HeroQuest, Space Hulk, Blood bowl, etc to "dead" collectables such as Lord Of The Rings Hex Battle, Hecatomb CCG, 1st Ed Xmen CCG, Sack Armies and more.
